Q: Is there any way that she could get a PR without my knowledge ......
A: Yes.
DIMIA usually advises the successful recipient of a PR visa by letter. If that person then shares the news or not, it is up to them.
Q: How will that effect me?
A: The grant of a PR visa to your wife won't affect you at all. You will continue to remain an Australian citizen.
However, the divorce is another matter. Before your wife can seek a divorce, she will need to be separated from you for at least 12 months. That is a requirement under the Family Law Act.
I am sorry I don't have better news for you, and if it helps you are not the first Australian to be married for immigration purposes and probably won't be the last.
