Firstly I would suggest that you need to report your suspicions to the police about the youngest daughter.
You may have to arrange for a childrens counsellor or psychologist to talk to both the young children to see if they have been touched by their father.
You cannot be seen to be making any suggestions to them as this will be a problem.
If you take the children to a regular doctor you can ask him/her to refer you to get some help.
Whilst the children are having supervised contact there is no problem.

Verified<p>Even if the police do not proceed to charge the Father in relation to the complaint made by the 13 year old, you can rest assured that the Family Court will not commence unsupervised time, without first having a full trial about the matter. The Family Court must protect the safety of the children and whilst there is a complaint about sexual abuse, the court will find that there is an unacceptable risk to all of the children, for there to be unsupervised time.</p><p> </p><p>These type of matters are heard in a special list in the Family Court, called the "Magellan List", which deals specifically with matters which involve allegations of sexual abuse.</p><p> </p><p>You should rest assured that the Family Court will do a full investigation into the matter through a trial, irrespective of what action the police decide to take.</p>
