I suspect that you wish to make it as easy as possible for your employer to make a gross payment to you for your services, and you look after all the tax, super and other entitlements an employer would normally handle in-house for employees.

That being the case, you can raise an invoice either as an individual with an ABN number or under a Pty Ltd structure, you would need to seek the advice of your accountant to work out what will work best for you.

Company structures as you may know have the flat 30% tax rate on income generated after all business expenses have been deducted and individual tax rates go from the tax free threshold right through to the top tax rate - last time I checked you would need to earn over $120k to justify a Pty Ltd structure which have higher annual compliance fee costs than trading as an individual.

You would also have a contract for services as opposed to an employment contract, you could even ask to be paid in english pounds to your UK bank account, it does not really matter how or where and under what structure you operate as long as the ATO are aware of your residency status and receive their fair share.

As mentioned, your accountant should offer their advice based on your own personal circumstances.
