Hello again,
In relation to contact there is a need for your daughter to be supervised as stated in the orders. Having you travel 3000Km round trip to supervise is an exremely big ask of you. Is there not a person that can supervise your daughter's contact who lives closer?
In any event, if an application is to be mad by you the original orders need to annexed to the application.
In the application, you need to fill out the orders sought, that is to obtain access with your grandson on days in which you want - for example on each weekend / alternate weekend etc.
As a second option you should make yourself a party to the proceedings as you are an interested party in any event.
As a third option you may just ask for a variation that the contact with the child shall vary between contact with you and the child and with the mother (supervised.)
Courts will always look at what is in the best interests of the child. should there be some contact with the mother and with you, this would go a long way to follow the general position of the courts that time with each parent is the best for the children.

I need an advise on maternal grandparents filing for child custody. Grandparents are Indians and residents of Bahrain. And the child is Australian citizen. There is on-going case for child custody and the parents have filed for divorce. As of now, mother has the primary custody and child sees the father on weekends.
