I am sorry to say but you cannot get a marriage annulled for the reasons you have specified.
There are only three reasons that you can use to have a marriage annulled and they are set out on the following Page of the Family Court of Australia
http://www.familylawcourts.gov.au/wps/wcm/connect/FLC/Home/Separation+and+Divorce/Nullity/
ALl you can do is seperate and apply for a divorce but you will have to go to councelling because the marriage is less than 2 years.

I do not believe it will change the Australian Records. You should call the Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages in Tasmania and ask them if you have the marriage annulled in Burma can they register the annulment in tasmania.
