Thank you for the model number, where you cleaned the drain filter in the front bottom right corner but on turning back on its still not spinning the next thing t check is if the hoses to the rear are kinked or drain they are attached to are blocked. Since the issue is the machine can't pump the water out, once you ruled out issues with hoses, drain filter and drain place the hoes into a bucket then run another drain cycle and see if water pumps into the drain if it doesn't a new drain pump is needed
