Hi, I see you haven't responded to my request for more information, and I wanted to be sure you saw it. Can you please tell me if you still have the manual? Can you also tell me if you are pretty handy?
You may be having issues with your oven control board.
The oven control board has relays that regulate the power of the bake, broil, and fan circuits. (If one of these relays shorts out, the control board may send continuous voltage to the oven fan, which may also cause your oven fan to run continuously. (However, this rarely happens).
Before replacing the control board, first, check the oven thermostats. If an oven thermostat fails, it may also cause the oven fan to run continuously:
Make sure the multimeter is calibrated, then turn the dial to the lowest ohm rating.
Place the multimeter on the thermostat.
It works fine if the thermostat has a zero reading or is as close to zero as possible.
