JA: What's the make and model of your oven? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Simpson,Evolution 807 maybe 15-20 yrs old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: no i have replaced an element on our oven at home that had screws at the back but this oven seems not to have them

The elements are normal held on by screws at the back of the oven.

So you need to pull the oven out and remove the back panel. But first turn the power off to the appliance.

Then from there you will see the wiring going to the element.

Either side if the wires you will see either a screw or a bolt.

Remove these and then you can remove the element from inside the oven.

Then just fit the new one in reverse order.
