Customer Question

Hi We have a westinghouse dishwasher model WSU6603, its about 4 years old, we have had a couple of problems over the years, the latest problem is that is is washing cold. There may be just a hint of heat, it has gotten worse over a about a 2 month period. All cycles seem to be the same. Can you suggest what we can do?

If you have a heating fault it is almost always caused by a failing relay that opens and closes to energize the heater. It is mounted on the electronic control. I suspect the electronic control will need to be replaced.

Inspect the board if you can and see if theres any dry joints on there or burn marks as the relay can also cause burn marks on the board.
