That error means there is a problem with the heater circuit. There are many things that can cause that error but the most common is a faulty heater relay on the main PCB. Are you able to access the PCB between the door panels for inspection?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No,I can't see how.
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

The screws from around the inner door come out and the panels will separate.

I am not able to do that. I don't have the required tools. I geguess I need someone to come here.

Yes, I suspect you will need to. You could turn the mains switch off for a few hours to reset the electronics, just in case, If still having issues, you will need to have it serviced.

Thanks for your help. I have just cleaned the filters in the base of the washer and am trying again. That might fix the problem. So far so good!

Make sure the door is good and shut tight, too. Hopefully it will reset and be okay! A vinegar soak overnight may help if the issue is related to calcium deposits, too.
