Hi I've got an issue with a Simpson 22s750N, spinning out of balance in spin cycle. I've followed the directions of some of your previous threads and still can't solve the problem. Cheers Ben

The tub is suspended on four rods (see 19 in attached picture) and at the top of each of those rods is a plastic ball and socket (number 18). If that ball and socket becomes dry, it can cause issues with balance. Are you able to open the top of the machine to get a look at those?
