There is no reset beyond unplugging it for at least an hour. Can you do so and see if the behavior changes, please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok will do
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Thank you! Hopefully it fires back up and works for you! The alternative is a faulty filter assembly in the main power supply line or a faulty control board. Let me know what happens, please.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
there is still no power to the washing machine
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

You are certain the outlet is live?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the socket is live i plug in another appliance and it works fine
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

So the main control board is likely faulty, provided the noise filter that cleans the AC voltage to the control is good. Do you have a meter to test voltage with?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I dont have a meter but i can buy one
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

If you can get one we just need to verify power is getting to the main control out of the noise filter.
