I have a Bosch athlete vacuum cleaner. I charge the battery

Customer Question

I have a Bosch athlete vacuum cleaner. I charge the battery , the light says its charged , but it doesn't switch on. And the charge goes down very quickly. I've had it for abt 18 months. Does it need batteries to be replaced.

Hi there,

Your symptoms indicate that the batteries are no longer storing sufficient charge to run the cleaner.

The Athlet is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

You can either return it to the retailer or contact Bosch directly to get it repaired or replaced under warranty.
