Does the washer fill with water, and agitate properly? Thank you.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It fills with water, then drains the water over and over
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried a function test and it wouldn't spin. It wouldn't even attempt to spin. It just fills up with water and gets stuck without proceeding. There's no hose issue, it's attached fine, it's a fairly new machine too

Is the washer less than one year old?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes. Got it in June last year

Nope, warranty expired on 31 March. It was a sale item.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What can I do to fix it that doesn't involve calling someone else to come and look at it on Monday? I wouldn't have come to this website for help if the advice I get is to call someone, I need it fixed now
Expert:  John replied 1 year ago.
Make certain that the drain hose end, that goes into the floor drain, is above the water level of the tub. Check the drain pump assembly to see if debris is keeping it from shutting completely off.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yep, it's above the level of the tub. There's no debris or possible obstructions. Nothing in the draining tube. The filter has been cleaned. Issue is still there
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can you please pass my query on to someone else?
Expert:  John replied 1 year ago.
As you wish.
