Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If you are certain there is power to the machine, the main control is likely faulty. Do you have a meter to test voltage at the main electronic control?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No I don't have a hv meter. Just some more info for u, the machine is only 8 months old. We went away for a week came home and it had no power
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

If it is less than a year old, it is under warranty. Without a meter, it would be just a guess, but the main electronic control is likely faulty.
