We've just moved into a rental unit which has a Electrolux

Customer Question

We've just moved into a rental unit which has a Electrolux induction hob. We've tried all our cookware on it (Kitchen Aid as well as various other brands) and we keep getting the F sign for unsuitable cookware.
We're having friends over for Xmas dinner. Can you advise what we need to do?
Thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Are you using induction cookware? The cookware must be made of the appropriate material for induction cooking. If so, turn the mains power off for a few hours to reset the electronics. Any change when powered back up?

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
