Hi Maria and welcome,

Sounds like you have water in the overflow pan underneath the draw.

Pull the bottom draw forward, and look into the base of the dishwasher, do you see water on the bottom?

If so, you need to wipe it out dry and then re test the appliance.

Try this and let me know how you go okay,

Thank you

Hi there so I did what you advised it still isn't budging from the rinse setting now if I do press on to rinse to test it it just stops and flashes "F5" could you please advise.

Hi Maria

F5 code involves the drawer lid seal
Take the drawer out and inspect the inside of the top panel for a black rubber strip. If it is broken or not responding to up down movement then it needs to be replaced. In addition the actuator motors on each side that drive the seal could be faulty.

The F5 wont go away until the problem is rectified. Fisher Paykel dish draw dishwashers are quite complex, more than likely, you are going to need a service technician for this kind of repair, but try the above suggested first and see what you can find okay,

Any further questions, just ask, Ill help where I can.
