I have a Samsung SW62ASP which doesn't have an agitator

Customer Question

I have a Samsung SW62ASP which doesn't have an agitator thingy in the middle, it seems to work from outside the drum. The drum only moves in one direction when washing, making a loud clicking noise. When it comes to spinning, all the clothes are knotted up and the drum becomes unbalanced and it makes a loud banging noise.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! There is a problem with the gearing in the drive mechanism. Do you see any oil drops from under the machine? Can you post a picture of the underside components, please?
