Hi, we have had a new Daikin FDYQT140LAV1 installed about 10 days ago in Canberra in a rental property. The installer (Bell Air) does not work on weekends and does not have an after hours service number which is very disappointing. The heating did not activate this morning and the control panel is blank. Nothing in the manual shows this situation. what can we do as the outside temperature is 2 degrees celsius and minus overnight. rgs TOM
