The oven is question does not have upper and lower elements in the oven compartment.
There is the fan element in the back behind the fan panel and a lower element on the base of the oven compartment for conventional baking. There is however, no element at the top for grilling.
There is a seperate grill section above the oven for grilling etc...This model is not multi function and does not incorporate 3 elements in the oven compartment, just the 2 mentioned above. The fan bake element and the lower base element.
I have the service manual here and can confirm this 100%
