I have a 6th sense washing machine 7.5 kg, Model WSF1073CD

Resolved Question:

I have a 6th sense washing machine 7.5 kg, Model WSF1073CD and I am in the middle of a cycle and a red light has come on saying clean pump. What do I do to clean the pump as I have no idea? Is the pump the grey pipe?

let it drain , then pull washer out away from the wall about 2 ft if possible

ill have a go there is a tumble dryer on top of it

next tip the washer up at an angle against the wall
this will keep the water from coming all over the floor

ive pulled them out

theres our problem, you need to clean that out about every 3 months or more if you get that error message
