If you "red hand" is fast flashing after turning the key ON, then it means you have a problem with your smartshield system.
If you have not replaced PCM or BEM( body electronic module) or key, then it will likely caused by key transponder chip failure or by key reader failure. I have seen it several times on Ford Falcons that share exact the same system.
