Second opinion] Replaced the stereo in my ve and it comes up with security lockout active vehicle data mismatch how dow we clear it

You are going to need to access the security system through use of a diagnostic scan tool. This will enable the system to be reset and the mismatch addressed. Because the system is out of another vehicle with differing details this is built in as an anti theft device, much the same as radio pin codes in older vehicles. Most mechanic shops will have a scan tool available and will probably charge you a fee to connect.
