My Radio pass pin doesn't work I keep getting an incorrect pin message. It has worked previously
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: It turns on and let me enter the number but then tells me it is wrong
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: xtrail 2012
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have tried several times
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

If you're positive that you're entering the correct code and it has worked before but the radio will not accept it now then that indicates an internal radio failure. You can try a battery disconnect but I suspect that's why you're needing to enter the code anyway. If a battery disconnect doesn't help and you're positive you have the correct code then either the radio will need to be replaced or sent to an automotive radio/electronics repair facility.
