I have a Dec1991 build TF Rodeo with a 2.6 MPI 4ZE1 petrol

Customer Question

I have a Dec1991 build TF Rodeo with a 2.6 MPI 4ZE1 petrol engine I need a diagram for the vacuum hose routing, or some pics of the hoses in place as some hoses were misplaced/lost. The diagrams from internet are left hand drive and have different fittings and routing. Engine cranks but wont start. Can anyone please help?

Ok, I need the last 8 of the vin to pull those schematics

Unless the vacuum hoses are horribly misrouted, it should start.

Have you tested the fuel pressure and if so, what is it when cranking and with key in on position?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
fuel pressure 40-45 psi. VIN JAATFR17HN7102123. ENG is 4ZE1-A. Vacuum hoses could be anywhere, thats why i need a schematic to suit this vehicle or pics of the hose in situ. All assistance would be appreciated. Can call me on 0402 277 607 if you like? Cheers, Rodney

I am in the USA, so a phone call would be a bit expensive. Give me a minute to check for the vacuum diagram

As you know I am in Australia. The vehicle is Australian delivery.

Ok, by the last 8 of the vin, this is what pulls up - see attached

Hi Eric, the diagram seems ok but the Fast idle solenoid has 2 large hoses and 2 small hoses attached. Not on this diagram, it has only the large hoses, where do the 2 small hoses go??
cheers Rodney

Ok, checking further doesnt show the additional hoses, so I am not sure where the 2 additional hoses go. I will open this up to other experts to see if anyone else has more information to help you
