2003 Hummer H2. Engine fuse box SEO fuse B1 blowing. Checked

Customer Question

2003 Hummer H2. Engine fuse box SEO fuse B1 blowing. Checked circuit and it draws 36 Amps against a 15Amp fuse. Handbook says this fuse feeds the mid bussed electrical centre - where is this located?
JA: Have you checked the manual yet? Most vehicles have two fuse panels.
Customer: Yup - disconnected many connectors - so far nothing makes a change to the readings
JA: Are you fixing your H2 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I'm an auto elec so know my way around circuit but have no data to go on
JA: OK. To minimize me, please click the down arrow at the top right corner of this box.
Customer: OK - but why minimise you?
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: not for now - a wiring diagram would be good

Inspect the glove box RPO sticker for option TRW and/or 5G4.

If equipped, check for a roof beacon switch on the dash, verify the switch is off.

Disconnect the switch. Disconnect the garage door opener.

Inspect for any add-on accessories located in the relay center by the driver's left foot. Disconnect any add-on equipment.
