JA: What year is your E280?

JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: No Marty
JA: Are you fixing your E280 yourself? What have you tried so far?

Hi, I prefer the 6 cylinder gas engine over the 8 cylinder. If you are okay with a diesel version I think the diesel model might be the best one Mercedes ever made. The OM606 diesel engine was a very reliable engine. My next choice would be the M104 gas engine followed by the M103 engine. The M119 V8 engine is my least favorite. Aside from the motor the rest of the car is pretty much the same from model to model. I like the later models the best. If you can find a 95 with a good wire harness and well maintained that would be my first choice.
