Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

It doesn't have an electrical pump if that's what you're looking for. There is a mechanical low pressure pump near the high pressure pump that draws fuel from the tank and sends it to the high pressure pump.

I see that you've replaced the fuel filter. Was the engine running before the filter was replaced but now will not start?
