temp control goes up by itself when I lower it and therefore is hot all the time . Drivers side works fine.
JA: Have you checked the coolant? Have you noticed any leaking?
Customer: Nop leaking. Passenger side is only one hot and the drivers side runs as set
JA: What is the model/year of your Subaru?
Customer: 2007/04
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: looking at A/C relay but not sure if this is problem
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: only that one side goes to hot by itself no matter what temp you set it on and drivers side works fine

Hi there,

Your car has an air mix door issue for the passengers side.

The sensor in the duct is reporting a lower temp, hence the hot air.

A dealer will fix this for you more easily.
