Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the problem happens under load and the engine is running correctly then odds are you're feeling a binding U joint. A binding U joint will cause a throttle sensitive vibration. If this is what you're feeling and you believe the engine is running smoothly then I would recommend removing the rear driveshaft and feeling the joints by hand, you will most likely find one that is binding.
