Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are quite a few things that can cause a no crank condition. You could have a security related issue, it could be the starter itself, the transmission range sensor, powertrain control module or TIPM, wiring, etc.

Has anyone checked the PCM for scan tool communication?

Hi there, I will talk to the mechanics today and ask about PCM and get back to you. Thanks
