Customer Question

Hi
2007 ford territory. 2 issues.
(1) Cruise control not working at all. Cruise set switch turns on but can't set speed
(2) DSC warning light remains on. Nothing I do turns it off. Manual suggests to service car immediately. Has already had recent service. Find that when Car is turning or braking that almost like a "grinding" noise is happening. Wheel does get a bit shaky.
Thanks Amy

Hi Amy,

Cruise control will not work while there is a system fault of any description, (warning light on).

I would say there is a problem with your ABS system, possibly a wheel speed sensor.

You should have this look at ASAP.

I would have the brakes inspected at the same time, the last service may have missed something.

Hope this helps.
