Hi there,

Can you see a steel sleeve in the bracket which slides in when the bolts are tightened?

A small pry forward on the sleeves allows the pump to go in easily.

i did a timing belt and had to move pump out but now hard to start bolts i removed the 2x 12mm bolts and the 14mm bolt but cant start them and its tight

That is correct, you have to move the pump to do a timing belt.

Are you using a deep socket on the bolts?

Sometimes a mirror helps as well.

If you are having trouble with the power steering pump, are you quite sure with the timing belt installation?
