Customer Question

I have a brand new Prado GXL. From the get go it was pulling left. What's causing this as it's brand new and very frustrating?

Hello Eduan,

As far as any vehicle is concerned, a slight pull or drift to the left is the safest option.

We drive on most roads that camber to the left gutter for water drainage.

Driving in the RH lane of a highway may cause it to drift/pull to the right.

Getting vehicles to track straight on a dead flat road is an art in wheel alignment setup.

4WD vehicles are way harder to have a happy compromise.

Have you returned the vehicle to Toyota, and what have they said of your complaint?

Hi Eduan,

Have you been back to Toyota?

I hope my advice has been of assistance to you.
