I have a 1997 Toyota Coaster 5R How do I align the crank shaft with the cam shaft when changing timing chain as no markers on the actual chain?

Is this a new chain or the original chain?

Also, I need to get the last 8 of the vin number so that I can pull the correct procedure for it for you.

It is located at the rear of the engine(opposite side of engine from where the belts are). It is screwed into a port coming off the thermostat housing. I have attached a diagram of it
