Hi, uniden car remote got wet and although the red light still comes on when I push the deactivate button, it doesn't disarm. Can I override the immobilisor so I can drive home?

Most of the alarm systems interrupt the Starter wire that comes from the ignition switch. look under the dash and see if you can see where the alarm system was spliced in. This will be where you will need to reconnect the wire as it was from the factory. but this might no be easy to do if you are not goodwith electrical repairs.
