The oil pressure sensor on the injector rail was replaced approximately 80 thousand kilometres ago.

Hi there,

The engine will not start until the oil system for the common rail system has developed pressure.

The rail pressure sensor you have mentioned monitors this on the rail.

The oil filter need to be a genuine high flow oil filter.

Do not use a generic oil filter.

Have you bled the fuel filter?
