If proper fuel pressure has been verified with a gauge then you could be missing spark, it could be a cam timing issue, an exhaust restriction or fuel quality. In more rare cases you could experience flooding from an inaccurate coolant sensor or something of that nature.

The first step in diagnosing the problem is to check for fault codes. Almost anything causing a loss of spark will set a code which can be used as a starting point for testing. Have you checked for codes?
