Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If a fuse blew as a result of jump starting then polarity was most likely reversed. It's very possible that the engine controller was damaged during the jump start but based on your description it may just be a coil issue.

Can you explain exactly how testing was done at the coil connector?

Is the engine controller the computer? And how can it be fixed if the engine controller was damaged? ? And with the coils we changed them and it has spark and winds but wont kick over ?? Please help

The engine controller is the module that controls the engine, often erroneously referred to as 'the computer'. There are many modules on a vehicle that control different systems and functions.

If the ECM was damaged then it would need to be replaced.

You removed the coils and inserted a spark tester in the the end of the boots, cranked the engine and there was spark?
