Hello james,

I am a Holden Tech, and I'll offer some advice.

First thing, please check if there is any transmission fluid leak, (red - red/brown) from the LH side under the car.

Then I would get it inspected by a Holden dealer.

I would say the fluid level is low, has it ever had a transmission/engine problem?

Hi James,

The main thing is there isn't a major oil leak.

The fluid level is a procedure not easily done by novice.

The fluid level is checked by removing a 1/8 npt bung in the LHS of the trans case, while running at a fliud temp of 85-90 degrees C.

Generally at a workshop.
