I have a 2008 Ford Territory Ghia SY the Climate control on

Hi Scott, I have a 2008 Ford Territory Ghia SY the Climate control on left side Air Conditioner is not responding to the change in temperature gauge hot or cold The air conditioner pipe engine side is freezing cold but nothing happening inside cab. Right hand works as directed to both hot and cold The gas levels were topped up yesterday! Any Ideas how I can resolve this issue? Dennis

Hello Dennis,
It sounds like the control module for the aircon/heater system (the HIM unit) has part failed. This is assuming that there's no disconnected wiring or vac lines as a result of other work.
It's located deep in the dash near the aircon evaporator box & a somewhat labour intensive operation to get at due to the need to disassemble a fair amount of the dash- certainly a specialist job.
