Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If it's missing on number 6, smoking and running extremely rich then I suspect the number 6 fuel injector is stuck on. The issue may be a mechanical failure of the injector or it could be an electrical problem.

If the injector mechanically sticks open then it will over fuel, this should also cause a long crank time when starting the engine.

If it starts normally then odds are the issue is electrical. If you unplug the number 6 injector you should see the smoke start to subside, but it will take a bit for it to clear up. If unplugging the injector stops it from running rich and smoking then the injector driver is stuck on, either from an internal failure in the engine controller or a short on the control circuit wire between the ECM and injector.
