2002,mazda323,1.8lt.:throttle goes 'dead'(unresponsive) sporadic/random for about 1-2 mins then fine. Locate throttle control unit & replace?

This could be throttle body or accelerator pedal sensor,

Who did the diagnostics the Dealership or a Indy shop , if indy shop check which scan tool or code reader he used .

As the codes for this problem are manufacture codes and a lot of aftermarket tools will not pick up these codes .

Then if they did use a dealer level GST then you need to check the throttle sensor and pedal sensor for glitches in

live date streaming mode if no codes are found ..
