Customer Question

I have a 1999 BA Fairlane Ghia.
The ABS and traction control indicator light comes on after 15 mins driving.
The brake system warning light doesn't come on.
Is it safe to drive the car?

You probably have a bad wheel speed sensors .

You will need a ABS scan tool to check for ABS malfunction codes to confirm what has malfunctioned.

But in the mean time you can still drive without any problems until you have time to check what has malfunctioned .

With these light being on this means you can still drive and use the car, but you will not have the use of the ABS and traction control system .

you will now just have the conventional brake system .
