Customer Question

My BT50 was serviced last week. It has around 30000km on clock. Report said the rear diff lock sensor was broken and a replacement will cost $3600.00. Is this for real?

I am sorry that you have not been helped yet.
You dont mention if there are any warning lights on or any symptoms, which will help in determining accuracy of the diagnosis.
Also, why are they not doing the repair under warranty
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No warning lights or symptoms. Broken sensor noticed during routine service.
Expert:  Eric replied 1 year ago.
Are they wanting to rebuild it or replace the whole rear differential and axle housing assembly
