Should the bleading nipple at the very end of the master cyl

should the bleading nipple at the very end of the master cyl have fluid coming out after opening it ?

Hi, sorry for the wait on this question. Yes when you open the bleeder on the master cylinder and press the brake pedal you should get fluid from the bleeder. If you are getting no fluid either the reservoir is empty or the hose from the reservoir to the master cylinder is blocked or the master cylinder is defective. You should be able to just open that bleeder and fluid should eventually drip from the bleeder screw. Also remove the screw and make sure that there is no blockage.
