i have check the fuel pump and it is working if i put direct power to it and the the secondary vacuum does not seem to be starting either as i think its hooked to the same engine unit control which is fuse number 29 and it had been hard to start after driving it then it it started after a short play around with the electrical plugs but then fine for a day then it just stopped and it was a wet day the day it stopped all together

My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
I would inspect the wiring in the fuse box that these fuses are seated into and see if any wiring or terminal damage is found. If an issue is found it will need repaired. One other cause for this fault here is if part of the electronic ignition switch is failing it can cause this issue.
Thanks Pete
