My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
This can be due to a fault with the electronic lock actuator itself causing this issue here.I have seen the actuators fail before in the past and cause this issue and had to replace it to correct the fault.I have also seen broken wiring leading from the door to the body or in the door cause this.
This will need checked/tested further to pinpoint the cause and once located repaired from there to correct it.
Thanks Pete

thanks ,mate....the motor in the door responds to the actuator but does allow full travel to unlock the door. I will remove the door trim and check wiring and travel without load.... I guess ...
