I have a full supply problem with my 98 VT Commodore. Fuel pump gets fuel to rail but nothing comes out of the return

Hi have you checked the fuel pressure? The last commodore I had with the same problem had a bad fuel pump. There is also a fuel pump relay which is located in the engine bay fuse box which also plays up. You can try swapping it with another one to see if it fixes the issue.
