Hi Guys, can anyone tell me if the Proportioning valve in the brake system on a 98' Mitsi' Pajero io, c/w ABS, is servicable or must it be replaced ? Or....can it just be done away with sice it has ABS anyway. Best regards, ***** *****

No the proportioning valve must be replaced not rebuilt, and you must keep it in the system regardless.
